Specific services provided included Construction Management, Programming, Project & Construction Budgeting, Project & Construction Scheduling as well as CM Project Delivery. The expansion added a 109-room hotel tower, a top-floor technology suite, added gaming floor with 1000 slots, a specialty bar, a ballroom, meeting and board rooms, as well as a resort-style pool, and extensive multi-use grounds. VERTEX served as the Construction Managers for the expansion at Viejas Hotel in San Diego, California.
